Healings Sessions

All sessions last approximately 60 minutes, and reiki can be given remotely. Using a pendulum, I perform a chakra evaluation, then begin the reiki or sound modality. If intuition tells me, I may spend more time in certain areas. All you have to do is relax and welcome in the energy!  ***Please note that your body needs time to process and eliminate. You may feel irritable, tired, or emotional the following day. Know that this is a normal part of the process and that water is especially important to flush everything out!
